This website
These pages describe what LiveWheel does and what we are building, and what we describe may change as we build it. We give no warranty on them: check with us before acting on anything here. Sending the contact form starts a conversation and commits neither of us to anything.
Our service
Before we start work with a business, we agree the details in writing: what we build, what it costs, what access we need to your accounts, and what we will and will not do with it. That written agreement governs the service, and where it differs from this page, the agreement applies.
Your accounts and your data
You stay in control of your TikTok Shop and Shopee accounts and of what you share with us. We work inside each platform’s seller rules, use only the access you give us, and use your data only for the work you ask us to do. If the work needs another company’s service, we tell you which one before we use it.
Prices
Prices are agreed with you in writing, in RM or IDR.
The content on these pages
The words and illustrations on this site, and the LiveWheel name and logo, are ours. The photo of Faeez is his own. Some things belong to other people and this does not claim them: the Facebook mark in the footer is Meta’s, and the typeface is open-licensed. Link to our pages and quote them with attribution. Do not republish them as your own. What you send us stays yours.

Where we link somewhere else, that site belongs to someone else, and what is on it is theirs rather than ours.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes with them.
Which law applies
We are based in Malaysia, and Malaysian law governs these terms.
