A founding partner is a business we build the product with. You show us how your team runs livestreams, we build the automation around it, and you use it for free. In return, we learn what works.

Why free
We are early. Learning how a team like yours actually runs livestreams is worth more to us right now than revenue, so founding partners will not be charged for the automation we build together. You show us how your team works, we build the automation around it, and we iterate and customise each version inside your operation with your feedback. We are taking on only a few partners at a time, so we will work with every partner personally, each week.

Your data and your clients’ data stay yours. We use them only for the work you ask us to do.
The terms
The product we build together, based on its current features, is free for life. Running costs are not included, for example the AI charges and servers that keep the automation running. Anything beyond what we build together, such as a later version with new features, is scoped and agreed with you first.

We set up automated follow-up messages through TikTok Shop’s and Shopee’s own chat tools to shoppers who added your product to cart but didn’t pay during the livestream, past buyers and followers, and on TikTok Shop, to people who watched your LIVE.

Who it isn’t for
- Teams that want hosts supplied, or their livestreams run for them. We don’t supply livestream hosts or run livestream sessions on your behalf.
- Livestreams that entertain or collect gifts rather than sell products. There are no orders to follow up and no sales to report on.
- Sellers who run their livestreams alone. The programme is built around teams with several hosts to track and clients to report to. What we offer a one-person shop is on a separate page.
Questions teams ask
- What does it cost to be a founding partner, and what will we pay for later?
- The build costs you nothing, and the features we build together stay free for life. You pay only the running costs: the server and AI charges. We may charge for later versions, and you will know before you use one.
- Does the programme cover the commissions and fees that TikTok Shop and Shopee charge on each order?
- No. Commissions and transaction fees are set by TikTok Shop and Shopee and paid to them, exactly as they are today. Nothing in the programme changes what the platforms charge you.
- Do you supply live hosts, or do we run the livestreams with our own team?
- You run them with your own team. Your hosts, studio, products and clients stay as they are, and we build the automation around them.
- Can we use the TikTok Shop and Shopee accounts we already run, including our clients’ shops?
- Yes. Everything is set up on the shops you already run, your own and your clients’. There is no new account to open.
- How do you keep our TikTok Shop and Shopee accounts safe while you set up follow-up messages?
- We work inside each platform’s seller rules. Messages go out only through TikTok Shop’s and Shopee’s own chat tools, within the limits those tools set, and we install no unofficial plug-ins on your accounts.
- If we leave the programme, or it closes, do we keep what was built, and does it stay free?
- Yes. You keep using everything we built together, free for life. The same terms on running costs and later versions still apply.
- Can we ask you to build something specific to how our team works, not only what you already offer?
- Yes. That is how the programme works. You show us where your team loses time before, during or after a livestream, and we build automation for it.
- Is there a minimum commitment to the programme, and can we stop at any time?
- There is no minimum term. You can stop whenever you like.
