This page explains what happens to your details when you fill in the form on the contact page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form. Three fields are required:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your agreement to us storing these details so we can reply

Everything else on the form is optional, and we only get it if you fill it in: your WhatsApp number, your shop or business name, what you do, where you sell, where you go live, how many livestreams you run a month, and anything else you want to tell us.

We ask you for nothing else, and we set no cookies. One thing we will not claim, though, is that nothing anywhere is written down. This site runs on hosting we rent rather than own, and our mail goes out through a mail company. We have not audited what either of them records about the traffic they handle, so we are not going to tell you it is nothing. What we can tell you is this: if a submission fails to save, our own code writes the error the other company sends back into those hosting logs.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to set up a call. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not put it into any advertising or marketing tool.

Where it goes

Four companies handle it, and each of them holds it because of a job it does:

• Notion — the database where the record of your enquiry is kept. This is the copy that matters; if it does not save, we tell you the form failed rather than pretend it worked.
• Resend — the company that sends mail for golivewheel.com. A copy of your enquiry is emailed to us so we see it without opening the database, and that email contains every field you filled in, including anything you wrote in the message box. It is set up so that when we hit reply, the reply goes to you.
• Google — the inbox we read that email in is a Google one, so a copy sits there.
• Vercel — the company whose servers this website runs on. Your form goes through them on the way to Notion.

Nowhere else. No customer-management system, no advertising platform, no third-party form service, no mailing list.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies. This site sets none — not for measurement, not for advertising, not for anything.

We do count visits. It counts pages viewed, and it records that a contact form was sent — not who sent it. It sets no cookie, it stores nothing on your device, and it does not identify you. There is no advertising pixel on this site and no third-party tracking script. If your browser or your ad blocker stops the counting from loading, everything here still works, including the form. The counting is done by Vercel, the company whose servers this site runs on.

Who can see it

Faeez, the owner of the business, reads what you send. He is the only person on our side who reads it. The four companies above hold it as well, because storing it and delivering it is what they do.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to reply to you. Nothing on our side is deleted on a timer.

Getting a copy, correcting it, or having it deleted

Email hello@golivewheel.com and ask. Tell us the email address you used on the form, so we can find your record. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw the agreement you gave on the form. You do not have to give a reason.

We will delete the record in the database and the email that came with it. What we cannot promise is that every copy inside the four companies above disappears the same day — backups and sent-mail stores are theirs, not ours.
