When you visit this website
We do not use cookies. This site sets none — not for measurement, not for advertising, not for anything.
We do count visits. It counts pages viewed, and it records that a contact form was sent — not who sent it. It sets no cookie, it stores nothing on your device, and it does not identify you. There is no advertising pixel on this site and no third-party tracking script. If your browser or your ad blocker stops the counting from loading, everything here still works, including the form. The counting is done by Vercel, the company whose servers this site runs on.
When you fill in the contact form
We collect what you type into the form: your name and email address, your agreement to us storing them so we can reply, and anything optional you choose to add, such as your WhatsApp number, your business, where you sell, how many livestreams you run and how you heard about us.
We use it to reply to you and to set up a call. It is stored and delivered by the service providers listed below.
When your business uses our service
To build and run automation around how your team works, we work with the data you choose to share or connect: for example your livestream schedules, scripts, follow-up messages and sales figures, and the details of your customers that TikTok Shop and Shopee make available to you. You choose what to share.
Your data and your clients’ data stay yours. We use them only for the work you ask us to do.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising. We take reasonable steps to protect the data you share with us.
Who can access it
The LiveWheel team, led by Faeez, and the AI tools we use to run the service access your data, and only to do the work you ask us to do.
Service providers we use
Like most online services, we use other companies to run parts of LiveWheel. Data-protection law calls them service providers, data processors or sub-processors. They handle data only on our behalf, and only to provide their service to us. They fall into these groups:
- Hosting and infrastructure — the servers this website and our service run on (Vercel).
- Storage and productivity — where enquiries are kept and read (Notion, and Google’s email service).
- Email delivery — the service that sends our email (Resend).
- AI models — the AI services our automation uses to do the work you ask for.
- Visit counting — the analytics described above (Vercel).
When your business uses our service, your business decides what its data is used for, and we process it on your behalf. We tell you which providers we use before we use them for your data.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to reply to you. We keep the data you share with the service while you use it. When you stop, we delete the copies we hold, unless you ask us to keep them.
Getting a copy, correcting it, or having it deleted
Email us at any time. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw the agreement you gave on the form. You do not have to give a reason. We delete our own copies; backups and sent-mail stores held by the companies above follow their own schedules.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
