He was Head of Product at respond.io, the Kuala Lumpur business messaging platform that 10,000+ brands across ASEAN and worldwide use to run sales, marketing and support on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and more. respond.io has been rated a Leader on G2 in 2024, 2025 and 2026 and is a badged TikTok Messaging Partner.
He also led B2B enterprise product at ELSA, the AI speaking coach with more than 90 million learners.
He co-founded LuxTag (AppWorks #18).
